Hey girl, I'm Nelly.


I still remember walking into the gym 8 years ago, intimidated, confused, and avoiding the weights area because I had no idea what I was doing. No structure, no plan, and definitely no confidence. That’s where my journey started.


But I stuck with it.

And over time, lifting changed everything, my body, my confidence, my energy, and my mindset. I became stronger inside and out because I was showing up, progressing, and proving to myself that I could.


In 2021, I qualified as a Level 3 PT because I wanted other women to feel that same shift. Since then, I’ve coached women of all ages and experience levels, helping them build their dream bodies and confidence through proper training, nutrition, and structure.


My coaching style is science-led, holistic, and built on empathy.


I care about your form, your habits, your stress, your lifestyle - not just your reps and macros. If you want a coach who makes you feel comfortable, supported, and actually knows how to get you results… you’re in the right place.
